Regional Property Manager
Location: Latham, NYCompensation: $100,000 base salary + bonus About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the Capital Region, Hudson Valley, and Western Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who can manage multiple properties, support site teams, and maintain high standards across a regional portfolio. Property Manager Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential and commercial properties.
• Manage property staff, maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor property performance, occupancy, budgeting, and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are operating efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with budgeting, reporting, capital improvement planning, and operational oversight.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Respond to operational issues and support property teams as needed. Qualifications:
• 3+ years of regional or multi-site property management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations or portfolios.
• Ability to travel throughout the region as needed.
• Familiarity with property management systems and reporting tools preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Compensation:
