Pool Concierge

Job Purpose As a Pool Attendant at Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa, you will help create a memorable experience for guests by maintaining a clean and welcoming pool area, ensuring safety, and providing friendly service. Responsibilities Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well. Work as a team to enhance the guests experience. Maintain an active presence around the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available. Check in arriving guests to the pool area, helping them identify as hotel/resort guests and locate a suitable area. Clean all areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures. Set-up and break down the pool area to ensure a successful day. Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take them to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner. Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members. Qualifications Experience in a guest service role. Engaging and energetic personality. Ability to work on feet for extended periods. Effective communication skills. Capability to lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs. Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Compensation Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
