Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up and complex commercial construction projects ranging from smaller builds to $110M+ . This individual will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating closely with field leadership, clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects valued up to $110M+ from preconstruction through final closeout Own project budgets, schedules, contracts, buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and forecasting Coordinate closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, safety, and overall project execution Manage relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders Lead project meetings and provide clear reporting on schedule, cost, procurement, and project risks Support and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction experience , preferably with a general contractor Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale ground-up commercial projects Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and construction operations Experience with platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred What’s Offered Opportunity to manage high-profile commercial projects valued up to $110M+ Competitive base salary with bonus potential Comprehensive health, retirement, and additional benefits Strong project backlog with opportunities for long-term advancement into Senior Project Manager and Project Executive positions #J-18808-Ljbffr Engtal
