About the Internship Join Mott MacDonald as part of our brand‑new internship program launching in 2026, based in Raleigh, NC. You will work side‑by‑side with experienced engineering consultants, project managers, and subject‑matter experts, gaining hands‑on experience on impactful projects and contributing to sustainable, asset‑management solutions. Responsibilities Defining and designing asset models and implementing risk, resilience and condition‑based solutions Analyzing client current practices Participating in project and client meetings Refining analysis and documentation Creating GIS solutions Exploring project and client management Leveraging digital tools and innovation Driving sustainable outcomes Building connections through our Early Career Professionals Network Qualifications Progress toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field Demonstrated interest in Asset Management through internships, coursework, volunteering or organization memberships Creative thinking skills and a methodical, pragmatic approach to problem solving Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and value delivery Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork Location & Working Arrangement Raleigh, NC.
