Physical Therapist Location: Redwood City, CA Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,466 per week Shift: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Redwood City, California. The assignment is for inpatient care only (plus two outpatient locations – one connected with a hospital and one nearby). The PT will work days Tuesday through Saturday, with 8‑hour shifts (varied schedules, e.g., 8:30‑5:00, 9:00‑5:30, 9:30‑6:00, or 10:30‑7:00). One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) may be required, and holidays are scheduled. The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) for a 13‑week contract, with a potential of up to four cancellations. Primary responsibilities include managing acute care patients in a med‑surg, ICU, and tele‑counselling environment. The PT will provide therapy for ventilated patients, orthopaedic and total joint patients, oncology patients, and a cardiology population, including cardiac surgeries. The therapist will chart in Cerner, require BLS certification, and hold a valid PT license. A COVID‑vaccine verification is required. Required qualifications: minimum 2 years experience in acute care PT, experience with ortho and total joint surgery, ICU experience, ventilated patients, and med‑surg. Must have BLS and a licensed PT exam.
