Radiation Therapist - Oncology

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to safely and accurately administer radiation treatments under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist. This role involves patient treatment, radiation simulations, and supporting the implementation of new treatment techniques and equipment. Location: Salina, KS Pay: $33–$49/hour | $69K–$103K/year Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 with 2-year commitment Relocation: Up to $5,000 Key Responsibilities Administer precise radiation treatments while following ALARA safety principles. Perform radiation therapy simulations and treatment procedures. Monitor patient positioning, safety, and treatment response. Work closely with the radiation oncology team. Support new treatment techniques and equipment as needed. Requirements Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiation Therapy Technology program . Strong attention to detail and patient safety. Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary oncology team.
