Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, socially fluent Social Coordinator to support social media, influencer, and community initiatives for a fast-paced beauty and consumer products brand. This role will help drive creator relationships, community engagement, user-generated content, product gifting, campaign logistics, and reporting. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, highly familiar with social platforms and creator culture, and comfortable balancing detail-oriented coordination with fast-moving brand conversations. What You’ll Do Support social and influencer initiatives from planning through execution, including creator sourcing, outreach, data collection, sentiment monitoring, trend research, and content coordination. Partner with the social team to manage daily community engagement across organic social channels, responding to comments and direct messages in an authentic brand voice. Monitor social conversations, audience feedback, and emerging trends; surface actionable insights, opportunities, and potential risks to the broader team. Maintain an organized user-generated content pipeline by sourcing, cataloging, and routing community content for organic, influencer, paid, and retail use. Coordinate influencer and UGC agreements by tracking contracts, deliverables, approvals, usage rights, payment status, and budget alignment. Manage product sampling, creator gifting, giveaways, and content-send logistics from request intake through fulfillment and follow-up. Serve as a central point of contact for micro- and mid-tier creators, responding to inquiries and maintaining clear, timely communication. Keep influencer CRM records current, including contact details, campaign history, content status, audience insights, and relationship notes. Build and maintain paid and gifting campaigns in influencer marketing platforms; ensure content is uploaded, tagged, and ready for reporting. Track campaign spending, gifting costs, and contract commitments; flag variances and support accurate budget reconciliation. Coordinate launch mailers, shipping batches, influencer product orders, and ad hoc sends using shipping and fulfillment tools. Assemble and ship product packages for creators, UGC contributors, social giveaways, and community activations. Support creator sourcing, partnership research, social content production, and community or brand events as needed. What You’ll Bring Experience supporting social media, influencer marketing, community management, or brand marketing initiatives. Strong understanding of major social platforms, creator trends, and online community behavior. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Clear written communication skills and confidence engaging with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders. Experience with influencer CRM, social listening, content management, or shipping platforms is preferred.
