In-Home Sales Representative

Overview Prime Baths & Home Solutions is hiring for a sales training class starting July 6th. We seek highly skilled individuals who have proven themselves in high-performance sales environments. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in high-ticket sales (e.g., remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, kitchens, baths). Experience in in-home sales and residential construction/remodeling, including hands‑on knowledge of homes and ability to spot problems, solutions, scope, and value. Strong closing ability in demanding environments such as door-to-door, canvassing, appointment setting, timeshare, or other high‑pressure closing roles. Comfortable discussing money and asking for the sale. Ability to build trust quickly, control conversations, handle objections, and close at a high level. Resilience, high energy, mental toughness, and ability to handle rejection. Self‑motivated; no desire for babysitting or guaranteed pay without performance.
