ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in December 2006 and is a small, close-knit team of three who work together to create a positive and supportive environment for both our customers and each other. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Account Manager with AT&T, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving.

Im a family man with three kids, and when Im not in the office, I enjoy traveling and spending time with them. Im also very involved with my childrens schools, staying active in the community and supporting local activities whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Loc Vo - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
