Job Title

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $20.57hr - $25.57hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High school diploma required.
• Must have strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate company software and hardware to access data on customer accounts.
• Ability to perform various clerical office monthly tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties according to established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Receive payment in the form of cash, checks, or money orders for services or product purchases.
• Balance cash and checks on hand with system totals and prepare funds for deposit.
• Answer basic inquiries relating to payments and general programs.
• Refer customers to appropriate departments for service requests, high bill inquiries, and other specialized functions.
• Secure all operating and collected funds.
• Manage all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and email.
• Take orders and provide follow-up services.
• Conduct research to troubleshoot customer problems for internal and external requests of varying complexity.
