Administrative Coordinator/Project Manager

Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians (JHRP) was created to support community providers delivering health care in locations convenient to patients. JHRP providers and patients benefit from Johns Hopkins Medicine’s (JHM) renowned faculty, practices and technological infrastructure. Participating practices receive quality and other oversight by the Johns Hopkins Health System. We provide a framework of centralized services that physicians need to deliver the best care to patients in their own communities.

General Summary:
This is an administrative staff position with responsibility for specified administrative support duties within the medical practice of Cardiovascular Specialists of Central Maryland (CSCM), a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma required. Vocational training in administrative support functions desirable, including payroll and accounts payable. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business-related area desirable.
- Two to five years’ experience in administrative support/project management required, with healthcare/medical practice experience highly desirable. Clinical experience, including familiarity/experience with the Epic EMR system, to assist in job duties is a plus but not required.
- Strong proficiency in the use of word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software required; database management (Access) and accounting software (QuickBooks) experience highly desirable.
- Understanding of and experience in benefits processing including health insurance, group life/health, retirement plans and related to assist the Benefits Administrator in those functions desirable.
Salary Range: Minimum 30.00/hour - Maximum 35.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
