Sales Manager

Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager will drive sales strategies and manage client relationships for SaaS products in the Mid-Market segment while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and guide a team of direct sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets Develop sales strategies, set goals, and monitor KPI performance to drive growth Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales development to execute revenue campaigns Required qualifications 3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software Proven success in managing and developing an inside sales team Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and customer follow-up Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
