Technical Customer Service Representative I
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately process customer orders.
- Verify and edit customer orders for completeness.
- Enter orders in LN, eLogia, and ESP-REP systems.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to delivery, complaints, and product availability.
- Maintain an accurate customer order database.
- Generate inter-departmental inquiries for product availability and expedite requests.
- Evaluate stock availability against shipping schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor or Manager.

- B2B Customer Service (Technical Products)
- Order Management & Processing Accuracy
- ERP/CRM Systems (SAP, Salesforce, LN, eLogia, ESP-REP)
- Customer Issue Resolution & Communication
- Data Management & Attention to Detail
- Inventory & Order Fulfillment Coordination
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Technical Aptitude & Problem-Solving
Education/Experience:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a technical product line (B2B preferred).
- Two years of college or technical schooling, or five years in a technical position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in an ERP or CRM system, SAP or salesforce preferred
