Credentialing Specialist

Manpower Group Inc.

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join their team. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be part of the Credentialing Department supporting the MSP facilities and vendor management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support compliance with Joint Commission, Client, and SHC standards to ensure 100% compliance for all candidates on assignment

  • Process compliance files according to corporate policies, client requirements, and relevant standards

  • Facilitate and track onboarding paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness

  • Communicate with clients, affiliate vendors, and peers regarding candidate compliance status

  • Maintain and update compliance records in databases, ensuring timely start dates and adherence to deadlines

What's Needed?

  • Associates Degree and/or 2 years of equivalent experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with computers, vendor management systems, and Microsoft Office products

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
