Credentialing Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join their team. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be part of the Credentialing Department supporting the MSP facilities and vendor management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support compliance with Joint Commission, Client, and SHC standards to ensure 100% compliance for all candidates on assignment
Process compliance files according to corporate policies, client requirements, and relevant standards
Facilitate and track onboarding paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clients, affiliate vendors, and peers regarding candidate compliance status
Maintain and update compliance records in databases, ensuring timely start dates and adherence to deadlines
What's Needed?
Associates Degree and/or 2 years of equivalent experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computers, vendor management systems, and Microsoft Office products
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
