UX Designer

UX Designer Altimetrik is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The UX Designer will play a crucial role in designing user-centered digital solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for participating in the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and engaging user experiences across various platforms. Responsibilities: Participate in end-to-end UX design processes, including user research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define project goals and deliver effective design solutions. Conduct user research to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translate those insights into actionable design improvements. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency and scalability across projects. Design and strategize investment platforms. Optimize designs to reduce user drop-offs and increase completion rates. Apply knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design. Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders through presentations and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions. Ability to contribute to product design initiatives and deliver measurable results (e.g., increased user acquisition, reduced drop-offs). Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience in the finance sector or with fintech products is a plus.
