In - Person School - Based Physical Therapist

We are seeking an in-person Physical Therapist to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year for a school district near Harrisburg, PA. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' gross motor skills, functional mobility, and physical therapy needs in the educational setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on evaluation results. Provide direct physical therapy services to students in a school-based setting. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student access to educational programs and environments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations related to physical therapy services. Qualifications: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Pennsylvania state license as a Physical Therapist. Experience working with school-aged children preferred. Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy practices and educationally relevant therapy services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
