Step Into a High-Energy Role: Voice-Directed Order Selector
Location: Goodlettsville, TN
Schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – finish), Monday–Friday, immediate openings

A Day in the LifeYou clock in, sync your voice-guided headset , and get your pick path. As the orders populate, you move with purpose—matching item numbers and descriptions, then hand-stacking cases up to 50 lbs from floor level to overhead. You build stable pallets in precise patterns, shrink wrap and label each order, and transport completed pallets to the loading dock using an electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider .
Throughout the shift, you keep an eye out for discrepancies —damaged goods, incorrect store numbers, or equipment issues—and report them quickly. You help keep the facility spotless and safe, following all policies and procedures that keep the team moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Use a voice-guided headset to pick accurately by number and description.
- Hand stack product cases (up to 50 lbs) from floor to overhead for the duration of the shift.
- Build pallets to defined stacking standards for safe, secure loads.
- Shrink wrap and label orders; stage pallets at the loading dock.
- Operate an electronic pallet jack/walkie-rider safely and efficiently.
- Report damaged items, wrong store numbers, and equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all safety procedures.
- Ready now: Immediate availability to start and train.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stay active on your feet.
