Mental Health Clinician - LCSW, LPCMH, or equivalent Full Time Professional – Sussex Correctional Institution – Behavioral – Georgetown, DE – US Position Summary: The Mental Health Clinician provides professional mental health assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment planning services to individuals in a correctional environment. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Clinician supports rehabilitation and recovery by addressing behavioral health needs in a secure correctional environment. Responsibilities Perform individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate Assist in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects May direct special projects as requested Participate in and conduct in‑service trainings/education, and assist in the orientation of new staff Document appropriately in the Electronic Health Record Attend training and meetings as required Minimum Requirements Graduate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field Must be licensed (e.g., LCSW, LPCMH, PsyD). LMSW is not considered a clinical license.
