Operational Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in opex/apex, capex, IT asset management, and experience with ServiceNow. This role will involve analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis related to opex, apex, and capex to support business decisions.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and report on budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- IT Asset Management: Oversee IT asset management processes, including tracking, auditing, and reporting on IT assets.
- ServiceNow: Utilize ServiceNow for financial tracking, asset management, and reporting.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Forecasting: Assist in forecasting financial performance and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure financial practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, and operations, to gather relevant data and provide financial insights.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on opex, apex, capex, and IT asset management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow for financial tracking and asset management.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in IT asset management within a financial role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with other financial management software and tools.
