Crash Champions is a fast-growing collision repair leader with 650+ locations across 38 states. This role focuses on educating customers about repair processes and insurance procedures, completing accurate estimates, and managing each repair through to final QC. You will communicate status updates and ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
