Shift Notes
7a - 530p; call coverage
Pay: $65-$70 per hour
Unit Notes
10 hr shifts. Night, Weekend, Holiday call stemi call coverage. Average 10 - 15 days per month. We are implementing a new stemi call program, which is what the demand for this position has been derived.
We’re looking for experienced and professional candidates who can independently perform all procedures with high-quality results. As a CT Tech, you’ll:Prepares, administers, and measures radioactive isotopes in therapeutic, diagnostic, and tracer studies Obtain images, produces film records and backups from disk to storage media, and transfers from desk to PACS stations
- Maintains accurate study documentation
- Performs a variety of tasks
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
- Administers radiation intravenously to detect or treat diseases under the direction of a physician.
- Detects and maps radiopharmaceuticals in patients’ bodies.
- Process cardiac function studies.
- Calculates, measures, and records radiation dosage or radiopharmaceuticals received, used, and disposed of.
- Records and processes results of procedures.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience
- Candidates must have ARRT(R)(CT) certification
- Florida State License and Venipuncture permit
- BLS certification
