Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN OR Circulator for a day-shift position requiring prior operating room experience and current NC or compact RN licensure.

Job Details

• Operating Room unit within a 355-bed acute care hospital,
• 13-bed surgical suite with 1:1 patient ratios,
• Adult population with minimal pediatric cases (outpatient only),
• Uses Davinci robotics, Mako, Holmium Laser, and Hana table,
• Cerner EHR used,
• 4x10hr day shifts, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM,
• Weekend call required only, no scheduled weekend shifts,
• Call requirement of 7 days per month including Fri, Sat, and Sun,
• No floating required,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand,
• ADN or BSN required,
• AHA certifications required,
• Minimum 1-2 years of OR experience required,
• Ortho or Neuro experience preferred,
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Facility is home to a Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU,
• No scrub color requirement as facility provides a scrub machine,
• Outside attire not laundered by the hospital is not acceptable,
• Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be eligible for travel rate,
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months,
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment,
• First-time travelers may be considered
