Position Overview

CSM is responsible for the day-to-day customer management including the responsibility for the order management focusing on customer satisfaction, profitability, cash flow, revenues including expanding business with existing customers. They are responsible for ensuring that the SAP system displays accurate and realistic data to ensure the effective planning and execution of production orders

Key Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact to the customer, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to their issues; building strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and goals.
• Keep the customer up-to-date and accurately informed with standardized documents such as SAP documents, meeting minutes, timetables, etc.
• Processing of all customer orders via SAP and Ticketing System across the entire value chain from quotation to after-sales service. Proactively identify deviations and develop efficient solutions in collaboration with TPM, CB, and Planning to ensure order fulfillment and achieve high delivery performance.
• Financial performance of the customer accounts (Revenue, CM1, CM2, NWC days, NPS), forecast and tracking, cash management
• Develop and execute customer success plans that outline specific goals, milestones, and strategies to achieve success. Work closely with customers to align their objectives with the capabilities of the company's offerings.
• Other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of all aspects regarding the production of electronic, precision mechanical and electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies
• Commercial skills, CRM, tools knowledge, communication, customercentricity, problem-solving, good ability to prioritize tasks, high-level of resilience5+ years of experience in project management/electronics environment
• ERP (SAP) experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer Oriented
