Board Certified OBGYN (OB/GYN) OpportunityBoard Certified OBGYN (OB/GYN) residency trained physician providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a clinic-based setting with provider call coverage. Deliveries and surgical case experience must meet current privileging standards, including documented vaginal and C-section volume.Responsibilities:Provide patient-centered OB/GYN care and maintain a collaborative team workflow.Manage labor and delivery for low-risk and selected complicated obstetric presentations, including FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE).Perform routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal delivery and appropriate C-section decision-making.Conduct OB ultrasound services, including Level I/screening and Level II/targeted (anatomic) interpretation.Perform gynecologic surgical procedures, including repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations and indicated operative gynecology.Maintain required case logs and documentation to support ongoing privileging criteria.Qualifications:Hold current Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or be BC/BE with residency training and certification within required timelines).Demonstrate recent procedural experience with case logs reflecting at least 50 vaginal deliveries and at least 20 C-sections in the past 12 months.Demonstrate at least 25 gynecological surgical procedures in the past 12 months, including at least 5 major abdominal cases.Possess proficiency in gynecologic surgical care (e.g., D&C, hysterectomy, uterine procedures, ectopic surgery, cystectomy, major adhesiolysis).Demonstrate capability to perform and interpret OB ultrasounds (viability, screening, and targeted anatomic assessment).Meet clinician credentialing requirements, including medical licensing eligibility and required workplace immunity and clearance processes.Benefits & Growth:Join a supportive OB/GYN team with shared clinical coverage and on-call collaboration.Build and expand surgical and obstetric case experience aligned to privilege scope and documentation standards.Leverage EPIC for streamlined charting and continuity across clinic and call workflows.Benefits:Day 1 Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceTravel reimbursement for assignmentsPaid sick leave and additional valuable benefitsAccess to our $1,000 Inspire a Friend Referral ProgramWhy TactStaff?Choosing TactStaff means partnering with a team that understands the unique demands and rewards of OB/GYN.
