Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff. You will be responsible for creating and delivering educational programs, conducting training sessions, and offering one-on-one mentorship to ensure our team is equipped to provide exceptional care. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs tailored to the needs of our nursing staff. Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement. Offer individualized coaching and support to new and current nurses. Stay updated on the latest advancements in nursing practices and regulatory requirements to ensure training programs are current and relevant. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address training needs and areas for development. Qualifications: Current RN license in New York State. Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a teaching or leadership role.
