Office Admin/Cashier

Job Description Job Description Fence Specialties LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling multiple forms of payment, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service. This role also includes administrative responsibilities such as managing customer accounts, maintaining organized records, and supporting daily office operations.
Familiarity with Sage or NetSuite preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are required .

Key Responsibilities:
Process cash, check, and credit card payments accurately and efficiently
Handle refunds, returns, and exchanges in compliance with company policies
Create and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy in customer transactions
Reconcile daily transactions and complete end-of-day reports, ensuring accuracy within NetSuite
Prepare and organize bank deposits
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth checkout process
Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and relay information appropriately
Manage and monitor customer credit accounts
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Maintain an organized filing system for financial and administrative documents
Track and maintain inventory of office supplies
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
Proven experience as a cashier/admin in a supplier setting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a fencing supplier or construction-related industry
Familiarity with Sage or NetSuite is preferred
Work Environment:
Position may require standing for extended periods
Work may involve both indoor and occasional outdoor interaction
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM
Every other Saturday: 6:45 AM – 12:15 PM
