ATTORNEY FOR PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM - (Arizona) We are an established personal injury firm experiencing steady growth and looking for a litigation attorney to join us and to grow with the firm. Duties & Responsibilities Duties include drafting written discovery, defending and taking depositions, attending mediation, making court appearances, and handling all aspects of the litigation process from lawsuit stage to trial under the supervision of the principal attorney, including assisting and participating in trial proceedings such as opening statements, witness examination, etc. Candidate Characteristics Demonstrated interest in litigation through past work experience, involvement in plaintiff’s bar associations, and viewing case proceedings such as depositions, hearings, and trials. Self‑motivated to seek assignments and offer suggestions. Good organizational skills, providing regular updates on case assignments. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient with potential and established clients. Responsive, well‑spoken, and articulate in communications with team, clients, opposing counsel, and the court, including concise and informative emails. Critical thinker, providing solutions to difficult situations. Loves to learn about legal matters and clients’ lives. Work well in a team, open to collaboration and critique, and wants to help others succeed. Proficient in Outlook, Dropbox, and FileVine.
