As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take the reins of our marketing strategy and drive initiatives that align with our brand identity and goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and executing marketing and communication activities based on our marketing plan, clientele, and location.
• Building brand awareness through social media, content creation, and engagement strategies.
• Collaborating with the sales team to organize events, promotions, and other lead-generation activities.
• Coordinating with internal teams , including Customer Service and executives, to promote events and marketing efforts.
• Developing creative marketing strategies to inform clients and prospects about our services.
• Managing campaigns and digital marketing efforts , taking creative control over designs and execution.
• Tracking and evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure success.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing and management.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and creativity .
• The ability to multi-task, collaborate, and balance priorities effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends .
