M&A Associate

Advise on and execute complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures Support private equity, venture capital, and fund formation matters Assist with cross-border transactions, auctions, and takeover defense matters Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction timelines Work directly with partners and clients on deal strategy and execution Qualifications JD from an ABA-accredited law school 4–7 years of corporate law experience with significant M&A exposure Experience in the corporate or business group of a large law firm Strong legal drafting, communication, and analytical skills Excellent academic credentials Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted To apply: send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
