Senior Investment Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join our centralized investment platform and play a critical role in shaping the firm’s investment architecture. This position is ideal for a highly analytical, intellectually curious professional who thrives in a multi-asset, institutional-quality environment. You will contribute to research, oversight, analytics, and implementation across both traditional and alternative strategies, ensuring our platform remains scalable, consistent, and aligned with firm-wide model guidelines. This is a fully onsite role based in Overland Park, KS, offering significant exposure to senior leadership, the Investment Committee, and advisors across the organization. Key Responsibilities Investment Research & Oversight Conduct ongoing monitoring, re-underwriting, and documentation of platform strategies Perform advanced due diligence across ETFs, SMAs, private credit, private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and structured products Execute performance attribution, benchmark comparisons, dispersion analysis, and peer group evaluations Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using FactSet, Morningstar, Excel, and Python Support GIPS compliance, composite management, and performance standards Platform & Operational Excellence Contribute to M&A integration, including asset mapping and migration Develop scalable, programmatic workflows for trading and operations Ideal Candidate Profile Top Qualifications for Day-One Success 2–5 years of experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management Strong exposure to multi-asset class investing, including alternatives Hands-on experience with FactSet, Morningstar Direct, or similar institutional research platforms Demonstrated experience with performance attribution and portfolio analytics Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Python or other programmatic tools is a plus CFA designation or active candidacy highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
