HR Operations & Onboarding Specialist
Atmos Energy
Atmos Energy is seeking an HR Operations professional to provide day-to-day HR support, maintain accurate records in HRMS, and oversee personnel administration. You will coordinate onboarding, benefits, data changes, and retirement processes while guiding employees through milestones and transitions. The role includes managing leave, ensuring compliance with FMLA/ADA, communicating HR policies, and supporting employee relations and audits.
