Lease review
Participating in leasing calls
Enforcing lease rules and regulations
Typical property management Must Have Skills: Budgeting- understanding how to read a budget
Vendor management- be able to work with different vendors
Written communication Nice to have skills: Mixed use buildings Years of Experience: 5 years of experience Education Bachelor's Degree preferred or Associates Degree Software skills: Comfortable learning P2P platforms that they work in
