Customer Account Manager

Salary: $45K - $50K Type: Direct Hire What your future day will look like: Oversee assigned customer accounts throughout the entire order process, from order entry through final delivery and follow-up support. Act as the primary contact for customers by providing updates, answering questions, and resolving account-related concerns. Review and process orders while verifying pricing, inventory, shipping details, and customer-specific requirements. Partner with internal teams and external business partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Monitor account compliance requirements, customer portals, routing guides, and operational procedures. Assist with reporting, returns, credits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service and efficiency. To be a champion in this role, you will need: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience considered. 3+ years of customer service/account management (for large national retailers), logistics and inventory management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, EDI and ERP systems.
