Community Manager
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to serve as the voice, heartbeat, and front line of HexClad's online world. You'll live where our fans live—Reddit, Meta, TikTok, live streams, and IRL gatherings—scaling high-energy communities, catching the conversations that matter before they trend, and turning everyday interactions into moments people remember. Bridging our social and customer service teams, you'll protect and grow our reputation in real time, translate community sentiment into actionable insight for brand, product, and sales, and lead community-forward experiences that move fans from support tickets to lasting loyalty.
