IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, seeking full-time Industrial Electrical Foreman in Greenville, SC. Job Summary Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements. Routinely wears a tool belt and performs construction craft work as part of regular job duties. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision. Confirms completion and documentation of project Daily, Weekly & Monthly safety activities reporting. Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications. Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Travel may be required. Qualifications Minimum 4 years' industrial electrical construction experience plus 2 to 4 years electrical foreman supervisory experience.
