Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state OT license (or eligible to obtain prior to start)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Open to considering experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs/OTAs)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
• Adaptable, compassionate, and eager to support diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students
• Implement therapy sessions in accordance with IEP recommendations and student goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists for student-centered care
• Maintain required documentation and progress tracking
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
