We're looking for an exceptional Office Administrator who thrives on organization, efficiency, and helping clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking initiative, and serving as the operational heartbeat of a growing insurance agency.
You'll play a key role in managing office operations while providing high-level support to our agents. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.

✔ Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
✔ Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
✔ Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
✔ Coordinate meetings and office activities
✔ Assist with employee onboarding and administrative procedures
✔ Create and improve systems to increase office efficiency
✔ Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors
✔ Manage incoming calls, emails, and communications
✔ Schedule appointments and maintain client relationships
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service and support in person and on the phone
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Enjoys learning new technology & systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
