Overview
Radiology Technologist – MRI, Potsdam, NY. This travel assignment in a hospital setting runs on a 3×12-hour daytime shift with an anticipated start around 08/31/2026 for Weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,257 to $2,348 per week with 0.0 guaranteed hours. The role centers on Siemens Espree 1.5T large-bore MRI imaging and requires NY licensure in hand and EPIC charting experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform MRI exams using Siemens Espree 1.5T large-bore systems, including brain, spine, MSK, abdomen/pelvis, breast, orbits, neck, and face/soft tissue; execute MR angiography/venography and advanced sequences (MRCP, diffusion imaging, gradient echo, T1/T2, MIP, MPR, spin echo).
- Administer MR contrast with BRACCO power injector; establish and maintain peripheral IV access; monitor patients for safety and comfort during imaging.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other team members to optimize protocols and achieve high-quality diagnostic images; adjust sequences as needed.
- Accurately document procedures in EPIC; ensure proper labeling, storage, and transfer of images and reports.
- Manage patient flow during exams and float to related units as needed; support a patient population spanning pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic QC; report any hardware or software issues for timely remediation.

Requirements
- NY state license in hand to submit
- BLS certification
- EPIC charting experience (hard requirement/preferred)
- MRI experience with Siemens systems; Espree 1.5T preferred; minimum 1–2 years (final requirement to be confirmed with recruiter)
- MR imaging skills: brain, spine, MSK, abdomen/pelvis, breast, orbits, neck, face/soft tissue; MR angiography/venography ; MRCP; diffusion imaging; gradient echo; T1/T2; MIP; MPR; spin echo
- Contrast administration experience and BRACCO injector proficiency; Peripheral IV starts
- Ability to float to other units and work a daytime 3×12-hour schedule; Monday–Friday
