Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is hiring on their Global Fund Customer Group. Private credit and syndicated loan markets are booming. This is your chance to get under the hood of complex financial assets, master industry-standard software, and build a highly marketable skill set in a collaborative, in-person environment.

salary: $22.55 - $22.56 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Trade Tracking & Operations: Monitor and track pending and settled bank loan trades to ensure seamless execution.
• Reporting: Generate and deliver accurate daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to clients.
• Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness of financial data through diligent booking and rigorous account activity reconciliation.
• Internal Support: Respond to inquiries and requests from internal partners in a timely, professional manner.
• SLA Compliance: Meet and exceed strict business line Service Level Agreements to uphold high standards of customer service.
