Junior Media Buyer (Snapchat & Meta)

We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer with previous paid social experience who wants to grow into a high-level solo media buyer. You will work directly under a top-performing media buyer and help launch, manage, and optimize campaigns primarily on Snapchat, with some Meta/Facebook involvement as well. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the basics of media buying and wants hands‑on experience scaling campaigns with a strong support system, proven workflows, and a large volume of creatives and testing opportunities. Responsibilities Launch and manage ad campaigns primarily on Snapchat and Meta. Upload, test, and optimize new creatives daily. Monitor campaign performance and key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, and CVR. Help scale winning campaigns while maintaining performance goals. Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages. Work closely with senior media buyers and creative teams to improve campaign performance. Track campaign data and maintain organization inside dashboards and spreadsheets. Follow testing strategies, optimization systems, and launch processes. Stay updated on platform trends, policy changes, and best practices. Help maintain account health and operational quality. What We Provide Ad accounts and operational support.
