Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Commercial Lines Producer/Sales Executive to join a growing retail insurance brokerage. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an established producer with a proven track record of generating new business, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive Commercial Lines insurance experience, strong business development skills, and the ability to independently build and manage a profitable portfolio of commercial accounts. This position offers competitive commission structures, potential equity opportunities, and access to a broad range of insurance markets to support continued business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Commercial Lines insurance accounts, focusing on new business acquisition, client retention, and revenue growth.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and established industry relationships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and carrier partners.

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve production goals and expand market presence.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and recommend tailored commercial insurance solutions to meet client needs.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships to maximize account growth.

• Collaborate with account management teams, underwriting partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

• Leverage access to a broad range of admitted and specialty insurance markets to develop competitive coverage solutions.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track business development activities to support consistent production growth.

• Participate in mentorship and professional development initiatives to support team growth and collaboration.

• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging risks to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or Sales Executive within a retail insurance brokerage.

  • Proven track record of generating new business, building client relationships, and driving significant revenue growth.

  • Established professional network and strong business development experience within the commercial insurance market.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and develop a profitable book of business.

  • Experience working with a variety of commercial insurance products, industries, and carrier markets.

• Licensing:

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products, underwriting guidelines, risk management, and coverage options.

  • Familiarity with AMS360 is preferred but not required.

  • Proficiency in agency management software, CRM platforms, and standard business applications.

  • Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with production objectives.
