As we continue to grow and strengthen our presence, we are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Operations to lead operational performance and drive continued success in the Dulles market.

This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The VP of Operations will play a critical role in aligning local initiatives with company-wide objectives while driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.

As the VP of Operations , you will:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Develop and implement operational strategies that support company goals and market growth
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through performance metrics, process enhancements, and operational best practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, community stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
• Lead, coach, and develop managers, staff, and independent contractor drivers to achieve operational excellence
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle utilization, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities, improve performance, and mitigate risk
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and business expansion efforts
• Maintain high service standards while meeting client expectations and contractual obligations
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement

• 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, transportation, logistics, or a related industry
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale operations and driving measurable business results
• Strong leadership, team-building, and employee development skills
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets and operational performance
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency
