Position Summary The Managing Director at NFP Insurance Solutions plays a critical role in driving business growth through direct client engagement, fostering relationships with trusted advisors, and delivering customized life insurance solutions. This individual will leverage their expertise and industry knowledge to support the firm’s commitment to excellence in underwriting, plan design, and wealth preservation. Key Responsibilities Develop and nurture relationships with advisors and ultra-high-net-worth clients, serving as a trusted resource to uncover and implement tailored life insurance strategies. Leverage expertise in life insurance products, estate planning techniques, and tax‑efficient solutions to identify and drive new business opportunities. Expand the firm’s reach by identifying opportunities for client engagement, establishing strategic partnerships, and maintaining a strong presence within financial and estate planning communities. Lead impactful meetings and presentations for clients, advisors, and industry partners to enhance relationships and support business development efforts. Collaborate with internal case design, underwriting, and service teams to deliver customized strategies, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication with clients and advisors. Qualifications Active life insurance license required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in life insurance sales, estate planning, or financial services. Proven ability to work directly with high‑net‑worth individuals and their trusted advisors. Deep understanding of life insurance products, advanced planning strategies, and underwriting processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach to client interactions. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
