CT Technologist
Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Specialty: CT Imaging
Shift: 11:00 AM–11:30 PM
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 3x12 Hours
Local Candidates: No | Must live more than 50 miles from facility
Traveler Candidates: Yes
Pay Rate: Travel: $2,300–$2,400/week
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT procedures according to department protocols.
- Support ED and inpatient CT imaging.
- Operate CT equipment safely and effectively.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging.
- Follow imaging and radiation safety protocols.
- Document procedures and patient information in Cerner.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff.
- Maintain patient safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent CT Technologist experience required.
- ARRT-CT certification required.
- AHA BLS required.
- Cerner experience .
- Experience in a busy CT department.
- ED and inpatient CT imaging experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong clinical and technical CT skills.
