Votre mission :
En tant que Key Account Manager, vous jouez un rle stratgique dans le dveloppement et la fidlisation de nos clients grands comptes.
Vritable partenaire business, vous accompagnez vos clients dans leurs enjeux de croissance et de performance en orchestrant l'ensemble du catalogue Data du groupe INTESCIA. Au-del des marques, vous raisonnez solution : vous combinez DOUBLETRADE, EXPLORE, EDISYS, CORPORAMA, SOCIETEINFO, SCORES & DECISIONS et l'ensemble de nos donnes pour construire des rponses complexes et multiproduits, tailles pour les plus grands comptes.
Votre objectif : dvelopper des relations durables, crer de la valeur et identifier de nouvelles opportunits de business au sein de votre portefeuille.
Vos activits :
- Dvelopper et fidliser un portefeuille de clients stratgiques.
- Identifier les enjeux business des clients et construire des recommandations adaptes leurs objectifs.
- laborer un plan de compte stratgique pour chaque grand compte afin d'anticiper les volutions de leur activit, s'aligner sur leur stratgie et identifier de nouvelles opportunits de dveloppement court, moyen et long terme.
- Architecturer des solutions complexes et multiproduits en mobilisant l'ensemble du catalogue Data du groupe pour rpondre aux besoins des grands comptes.
- Piloter les renouvellements, les upsells et dvelopper le cross-sell de manire transverse entre les diffrentes marques du groupe, en construisant des offres intgres.
- Ngocier et conclure des contrats de partenariat pluriannuels afin de scuriser et prenniser les relations stratgiques avec les clients.
- Construire une relation de confiance avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau (Directions Commerciales, Marketing, Achats, Dveloppement, etc.).
- Assurer un suivi rgulier de la satisfaction client et garantir une exprience client premium.
- Coordonner les quipes internes (Customer Success, Produit, Data, Marketing, Sales) pour assurer la russite des projets clients.
- Analyser les performances des comptes et proposer des plans d'actions orients rsultats.
- Participer activement la croissance du groupe en contribuant l'amlioration continue des offres, des process et des bonnes pratiques commerciales.
Assurer une veille march continue et dtecter de nouvelles opportunits de dveloppement.
Le profil que nous recherchons :
Exprience
- Vous disposez d'une exprience russie de 3 8 ans minimum dans une fonction commerciale ou Account management BtoB.
- Vous avez volu idalement dans les univers SaaS, Data, Tech, Digital ou services forte valeur ajoute.
- Vous tes l'aise dans la gestion de clients grands comptes et les cycles de vente complexes.
- Une exprience dans les secteurs de la construction, de l'immobilier, des marchs publics ou de la data est un plus.

- Excellente capacit relationnelle et forte orientation client.
- Temprament commercial, culture du rsultat et got du challenge.
- Capacit comprendre rapidement les enjeux business et stratgiques des clients.
- Aisance dans la ngociation et le pilotage de comptes stratgiques.
- Matrise d'une mthodologie de vente structure idalement MEDDICCC comme socle d'analyse des opportunits et de pilotage des cycles de vente complexes.
- Capacit raisonner solution plutt que produit : assembler une offre multiproduit en piochant dans l'ensemble du catalogue Data du groupe, au-del du primtre d'une seule marque.
