Bartender

What You’ll Do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service Recommend cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverage offerings based on guest preferences Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout service Operate POS systems and process guest payments accurately Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies Assist with inventory management, stocking, and bar supply replenishment Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen teams to create a seamless guest experience Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all shifts Support additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment Strong guest service and hospitality skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods Basic math skills and experience handling payments Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices Beverage knowledge including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits preferred Experience with Toast POS and inventory management preferred Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (eligible employees) Paid Time Off (eligible employees) Holiday Pay (eligible employees) 401(k) with Company Match (eligible employees) Sick Time (eligible employees) Employee Dining Discounts Employee Marketplace Discounts Schedule Hospitality requires a flexible schedule.
