Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds - 36 · Number of Staff – 32 · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 1 CN, 6 Nurses (RN/LPN mix), 3 Techs, 1 Secretary o Night Shift - – 1 CN, 6 Nurses (RN/LPN mix), 3 Techs · Patient Ratios – 6 to 1 · Type of equipment – EKG Machine, DynaMaps, Bladder Scanner, Vein Finder, Telemetry · EMR - Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Recent acute care Med Surg Tele Experience · Meditech Experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Time Management Skills · Critical Thinking Skills List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Heart Caths · Best personality Fit: · Positive attitude, friendly, helpful REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · Floating Area(s): · All Med Surg Tele floors Dress Code: · Scrub Color/Attire - Ceil Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. · Weekends and On call(if any) · Every other weekend or 2 full weekends per month.
