ABOUT THE ROLE

FOX ONE is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to lead end-to-end quality engineering across our platform and customer experiences. This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role for someone who views quality as a core engineering discipline and can influence how products are built, tested, released, and monitored at scale. As a Staff SDET, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Delivery teams from the earliest stages of planning through production. You will ensure quality is designed into the development lifecycle rather than validated at the end. By understanding product requirements, customer journeys, and platform architecture, you will proactively identify risks, define testing strategies, and build automation capabilities in parallel with feature development. You will help establish and evolve FOX ONE's quality engineering platform, creating scalable frameworks and tooling that support multiple products, clients, and engineering teams. You are comfortable challenging assumptions, influencing technical direction, and driving quality outcomes across teams. Most importantly, you understand that quality extends beyond pre-release testing and requires continuous validation of customer experiences throughout the product lifecycle.
