Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Alaska license at time of submission
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehab

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Setting includes adult outpatient rehabilitation
• May work with in-patient and out-patient populations in various settings as assigned
