This is an opportunity to join an established mortgage platform designed to help experienced originators increase production while spending less time on operational tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, referral partners, and real estate professionals. Consult with borrowers to understand their financing goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions. Structure loans using a broad range of conventional, government, jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty products. Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing. Partner with your dedicated LOA and our in-house processing team to deliver an exceptional client experience. Grow your business through referrals, networking, and company-generated opportunities. Stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Senior Loan Officer will have an active NMLS license Proven success originating residential mortgage loans. Existing referral relationships or the desire to actively build a strong pipeline. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines. Ability to work independently while leveraging the support of an experienced operations team. Why Pinnacle?
